Custom flags can be made in two ways, as printed flags or sewn. A printed flag is where your design is printed onto fabric providing a vibrant and colourful flag. Sewn flags are made from pre-coloured material and each element is cut to shape and sewn together in a traditional method. Our MOD flags are made in exactly this way.

Printed flags are made from 115gsm knitted Polyester or Recycled Knitted Polyester fabric. Renowned for its vibrant colours, intricate  design and high resolution print. Ordering a printed flag couldn’t be easier. Simply complete the form below. with sizes, material types etc to determine costs. Once you are happy then just press purchase and send us your artwork for print.

Sewn Flags are the premium choice for your flag. 100% sewn construction. Handmade in the made in the UK by our skilled Craftsmen. made in house from design to manufacture. Sewn flags are made from pre-coloured 155gsm Woven Polyester fabric that is then sewn together to create the flag. In some cases, for more intricate designs, a printed Knitted Polyester badge will be sewn to the woven polyester material.

In every case our MOD / Royal Navy flags are made in this traditional method.
