We’d be nothing without our people. We strive to continually invest in their progression – for example, during 2025, we upskilled four team members into new managerial roles. Plus, of the 34 people we employ today, exactly half have been with us for over five years, seven have reached their 10-year anniversary, and three have celebrated 20 years with the company.

However, an equally crucial part of our welfare objectives is a commitment to provide exceptional support for our staff outside of work – be it their mental health, first aid, or flexible work policies.
