Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to maximize sales by nurturing relationships with existing trade/retail customers, addressing new customer inquiries, and proactively developing new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Generation: Drive sales through inbound/outbound calls and web chat interactions with customers and prospects.
  • Account Management: Build and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts to increase order levels and introduce new products/services.
  • Order Processing: Efficiently handle customer requests (quotes, proformas, orders, product inquiries).
  • Customer Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients throughout the entire order process.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at trade shows and fairs.
  • Internal Operations: Support office administration, liaise with suppliers, and ensure accurate paperwork.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about our products and industry trends.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work effectively with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
