Eligibility: The offer is open to all individuals aged 18 or over. Participants must be located in the Portsmouth area. Employees of Hampshire Flag Company and their immediate families are not eligible for this offer.
How to Enter/Redeem: To redeem this free design session, participants must scan the QR code on the business card provided at the LinkedIn Local Portsmouth event.
Offer: All eligible participants who enter during the Offer Period will receive a one-hour free design session with a Hampshire Flag Company designer. Participants will have access to the designs created during the session to use as they wish. Important Note: The free design session is limited to one per eligible participant.

Session Scheduling: Design sessions are subject to designer availability. Participants will be contacted to schedule their session, and Hampshire Flag Company will endeavour to accommodate preferred times, but cannot guarantee specific dates or timeslots.
Session Expiry: Free design sessions must be booked and completed by 31st August 2025. Sessions not booked and completed by this date will be forfeited.
Data Privacy and Marketing: By entering this offer, participants consent to Hampshire Flag Company subscribing them to its newsletter. Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this offer, scheduling design sessions, and for marketing purposes.
