Industrial Sewing Machinist Supervisor

Job Summary

As an Industrial Sewing Machinist, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that finished products meet our high standards and are ready for dispatch. You will be responsible for crafting products from start to finish, maintaining exceptional quality throughout the process. You will also maintain accurate patterns and plots, participate in testing new products, and monitor machinery for maintenance needs.

Main Duties:

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the timely production of machine room goods to meet customer deadlines. You will be operating various machines, including Twin Needle, Straight Stitch, Zig Zag, Overlocker, and Chain Stitch. Additionally, you will be packaging and labeling finished goods, maintaining a clean workspace, creating labels using computer software, and utilizing our Production Management system to track goods.

Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have experience operating industrial sewing machines, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to quality. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively, possess good communication and problem-solving skills, and have basic computer literacy. Experience with Production Management systems is preferred.
